Bemus Point is a destination on Chautauqua Lake. We decided to come here for lunch and dined at the Village Casino (just the restaurant's name, no actual gambling). We were seated dockside and had a great view of the gulls, on either side of us.
We strolled past Hotel Lenhart after lunch, on our way to browse some boutiques. They welcome the public to their veranda, which is filled with inviting wooden rocking chairs, and their lawn, with its adirondacks facing the lake.
Another restaurant recommendation for Bemus Point is the Italian Fisherman. They are right on the water and next to the floating stage where concerts are held all summer long.
