flying into sicily

Last month, my husband and I spent over two weeks in Italy.  We stayed with his relatives the entire time -- first spending a week with his mom's side of the family, then a week with his dad's side.  It was a long trip to get there.  The first day of travel included three flights: Chicago to Atlanta, Atlanta to Milan, Milan to Palermo.  Once we reached Palermo, we were greeted at the airport by my husband's cousin, who lives about 45 minutes outside of the city.  I have lots of stories and photos to share from this trip, which I hope to cover in upcoming posts.
