Today (Halloween), I bought eggnog at the store. Well, it's soynog to be exact. My husband found it in the fridge tonight and got excited:
him: Eggnog! Can I have some?
me: Okay, but just a little.
(me, pouring) him: What's that eggnog that McDonald's has?
me: McDonald's has eggnog?
him: Yeah, the green stuff?
me: You mean Shamrock Shakes?
him: Yeah, isn't that eggnog?
me: That's peppermint! For St. Paddy's Day?
him: No, they have some green thing at some other time of the year. I think it's eggnog.
me: Oh-kay ...
him (drinking): I don't think I like eggnog. Does this have cinnamon?
