Easter greetings

We're on the go today, but I want to share these Easter egg breads my mother-in-law has received from friends. For anyone unfamiliar with this Italian tradition, those bumps in the cookies -- er, breads -- are eggs that become hard-cooked during baking. My mother-in-law said that her mom made them when she was little, but she would boil and peel the eggs before putting them in the dough. (I'm posting this via the Blogger app so we'll see how this works out.)
