I definitely embarrassed my husband as we took a walk around the neighborhood tonight. I stopped every couple of blocks to take pictures of NATO preparations: businesses boarding up their windows, no parking signs, a newly added cell phone tower in anticipation of the throngs of people who will come to protest march. I originally planned on taking my big bulky camera that screams "TOURIST!!!" because as I explained to my husband, "This is history in the making." But he convinced me to leave it at home and use my camera phone instead. The photos are poor quality but they're proof of our preparation, anticipation, and fear (?).
